There are a few Pushcarts that are famous in Anna Nagar. But, this one caught my eye (mind) when someone mentioned about their Beef Nalli (Marrow) Dosai. My curiosity got the better of me and I visited this 35 years old Pushcart to taste it’s USP. 
The cart has been operational for these many years without a name. The second generation owner Mr. Ashok, an enthusiastic gentleman runs the cart now. The original founder of this cart, his father is still around and helps him with operations.
It’s a vision to behold to watch him remove the Marrow from the Nalli Bone, smear it on the Dosai, break an egg and add a dash of the Gravy, mix it all together and cook them well to create this magical dish.
Only glitch to this star dish is that he makes only 4 Nalli Dosai per day. His regular customers pre-book it. So, if you plan to visit for this Nalli Dosai, be forewarned that you might not get your hands on it, at all times. And, he doesn’t give this as a takeaway as he feels, it doesn’t taste the same way if not eaten hot and freshly prepared. 
The Beef Bone Marrow Dosai (₹70) was awesome in taste and the Beef Salna that is served complimentary takes it a notch higher with it’s perfect spice and flavour levels. Mr. Ashok and his wife prepare the dishes at his home. Dosai, Idli, are made live at the pushcart. 
Also, tried their Beef Fry (₹70) which was simply superb with perfect texture and spice levels.
