Among many hats that my dear family friend Azeema adorns which includes a baker, motivational speaker etc her cooking prowess stands out for me. I don’t need to explain the reason to you all as you all are aware of the fact that have no purpose bigger than exploring food in this life of mine.
Her Biryani and cakes/past has received rave reviews in our known circle. But, what caught my eyes from her WhatsApp stories was the Dum Parotta and Whole Chicken. It took little more time for me to get my hands on Dum Parotta than the Whole Chicken.
The Chicken Combo (₹795) that came with Kuboos and Hummus was falling off the bone type and smothered with South Indian flavoured masala. Nothing can satiate the Madrasi in me more than the use of Indian spices in a dish. And, this one ticked all boxes, right.
Dum Parotta (₹550) was 5 Parottas layered with Chicken Gravy, Chicken Fry and Boiled Eggs. Gave my feedback to add a box of Chicken Gravy for my next order to Azeema. Parottas tend to soak all the gravy added to them.
Special mention to her Ande Ke Mithai (₹195 for Quarter Kg). Delivery charges extra.
